How do you choose a Team of 12?

Conquering and choosing a team of 12 is the basis for growth in leadership within the church.

“One of those days Jesus went out to a mountainside to pray, and spent the night praying to God. When morning came, he called his disciples to him and chose twelve of them, whom he also designated apostles.”

(Luke 6:12-13)

Before choosing His 12 apostles, the Lord Jesus spent a whole night in prayer. The decision was not to be based on human criteria, but on the knowledge of the perfect will of God.

Based on this passage, here are some principles to help you build the best team:

 Choose those who have fruit

After selecting the team, you must understand that your role is fundamental and that you must work diligently on the formation of each disciple. Remember that the main goal is to form the character of Christ in each of them.
