How to prepare a team of guides for the Encounter?

The G12 Vision has a material called Plan 40 and its objective is to prepare the guides for the Encounter in a correct way.

Plan 40 consists of holding a series of 5 meetings, 1 meeting every week, starting 40 days before the Encounter. During this preparation all the aspects of the Encounter are being shared.
All meetings must be arranged by the Spiritual Guide and the General Coordinator of the Encounter.
