What is consolidation?

As pastors and leaders, we face the great challenge of not letting go of the people the Lord has trusted us to take care of, and here is where the great importance of this step lies.

In John 17:12 Jesus gives his report to the Father of how he consolidated his team while he was with them “While I was with them, I protected them and kept them safe...”.

Consolidating is the process of care, attention and continuous contact with the new believer starting from their conversion until the moment they feel strong and cheerful about becoming a disciple of Jesus.

The process of consolidation is fundamental in the development of leadership. It allows us to take care of the fruit we have gathered, so it remains and therefore, it receives the love and teachings it needs until it’s strongly founded in the faith.
