In Acts 13 we read about Paul on his first missionary journey to Lystra, Iconium and Antioch. He was winning, consolidating, discipling and leaving people in charge of the new cell groups. This is an equivalent to having conquered a team of 12. But already in chapter 14 we see him doing a different job: supporting each of the cell groups and strengthening them. Pablo knew that it was not enough to open new cell groups. He had to go one step further and help them grow. This is equivalent to working towards the team of 144.

The secret of multiplication and successful leadership is found in conquering the second generation of disciples: the 144. Why? It is very simple: conquering the first generation is only a first step. But that each one of your 12 conquers their own team of 12, and you all together become 144, means that you have not only sent these disciples, but that you have taught them correctly to apply the Ladder of Success.

Conquering the 144 is not something that happens overnight. You must be determined to work strategically and intentionally to achieve it. Have short, medium and long term goals that allow you to achieve your main goal. The strategy includes some important steps such as:

· Motivating each of your 12 to start their own cell group.
· Helping your 12 cell group grow through the Ladder of Success.
· Guiding each of your 12 to choose their 12 out of all the people in their cell groups.

Finally, schedule monthly meetings with your team of 144 to have contact with them. Find out their needs and help them to open their own cell group.
