How to make each believer a leader?
You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.
(Matthew 5:13)
The great obstacle for believers to become leaders is the vision of the pastor. Jesus saw the multitude on the Judean hillside as an army of faithful disciples who could spread His message to the ends of the earth. All this came true in the first chapters of the Book of Acts, when 3,000 people were converted on one occasion (Acts 2:41) and then 5,000 (Acts 4:4).
When we want to make each believer a leader, it is essential to follow the example of Jesus:
1. Having an encounter with Jesus (John 14:9)
"Some people try to implement the Vision as if it were a simple method, expecting to see great results just by following a few steps, but they forget the most important thing: that everything, including ministerial growth, begins by having an Encounter with Jesus."

It is essential that we as leaders have had a supernatural experience with the Lord. This will drive us to win souls and form disciples. Jesus exposed His disciples to His glory as the Son of God. They experienced firsthand a personal encounter with Jesus.
2. Make sure that every person has an encounter with Jesus.
Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.
(John 3:3)
Every person who had personal contact with Jesus and experienced a supernatural encounter has never been the same again since. Almost immediately they wanted to serve Him, such as the demon possessed Gadarene in Mark 5:18 or the Samaritan woman in John 4:39. Many heard and saw Him, but few were born again and received the revelation that He was the son of God. All who believed and received Him were given the right to become children of God. From that moment a natural desire to serve him arose.

3. See each member of your church as a leader (Matthew 5.13-16)
In the first mass meeting that Jesus had at the beginning of his ministry, He visualized the people who listened to Him as people of influence. We could compare them with salt and light, or in other words, see them as leaders. Many of these people had not yet been born again, but Jesus did not see them for what they were at that time, but for what they could become. In this way He prophesied over them and told them: "You are the salt of the earth, you are the light of the world." Believe in your people and they will end up being what you believe in.
4. Train your church members (Ephesians 4:13-15)
Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming.

4. Start a cell group and be an example (1 Peter 2:21)
To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps.
(1 Peter 2:21)
As leaders in the ministry we must be the first to open a cell group and set an example for others. When we open a cell group we are following in the footsteps of Jesus and the apostles who always preached in temples and in houses.
Remember that the Great Commission is to make disciples and not just followers of Jesus. This means to help each member of your church become a leader and reproduce himself in others.
