How to organize a Pre-Encounter team?

The Roles associated with the Pre-Encounter are:

1. Encounter Coordinator: This is the leader in charge of all the spiritual and logistical preparation of the Pre-Encounter, as well as the preparation of those who are teaching during the Pre-Encounter lessons.

2. Teacher: The leader in charge of giving the respective teachings that prepare and motivate people to register for the Encounter.

3. Guide: The leader in charge of taking care of the people that registered for Life Class.
