1. Winning souls and making disciples: The G12 Vision begins with true disciples who follow in the footsteps of Jesus.
“The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and the one who is wise saves lives.”
(Proverbs 11:30)
2. Making every member a leader: the G12 Vision allows that through good training, each member can become a leader committed to serve the Lord.
“And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses, entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.”
(2 Timothy 2:2)
3. Show compassion to people: the G12 Vision allows personal shepherding that meets needs, heals wounds and manifests God's compassion through each leader committed to the work.
“When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.”
(Matthew 9:36)
4. Reproduce the teachings of Jesus: The G12 Vision reproduces the character of Jesus in new believers. They learn to apply each one of His teachings and become faithful disciples who are ready to teach others.
“And teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
(Matthew 28:20)
5. Exercise authority over the enemy: The G12 Vision teaches you the truth of the scriptures so that you can live in continuous victory over the adversary.
“The one who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work.”
(1 John 3:8)
6. Pastoring the multitudes: The G12 Vision allows leaders to exercise direct, genuine and complete shepherding, where each new believer finds their place, but also receives specific direction and instruction.
“When Jesus came down from the mountainside, large crowds followed him.”
(Matthew 8:1)
