If the Pre-encounter is equivalent to a Preoperative, the Post-Encounter will be the Postoperative. It is the care that must be given to a person after they have received surgery.
The Post-Encounter consists of 4 weeks in which 4 specific topics are taught. These teachings are all focused on caring for the new believer who just attended the Encounter. After the Encounter the enemy will always try to discourage people or weaken them in their faith.
Pharaoh will think, ‘The Israelites are wandering around the land in confusion, hemmed in by the desert.’
(Exodus 14:3 NIV)
If we could give you a definition to describe what the Post-Encounter is, we could say that the Post-Encounter is the path prepared by God, in order for people who attended the Encounter to advance without being stopped by adversity.
The objective of each Post-Encounter session is to help the person maintain each of the blessings received during the Encounter.
1 Pedro 5:8-9
It is very important to take care of each person because the enemy will try to lead them away from their faith using a desire to return to Egypt. If each of the people who attended the Encounter strive to faithfully continue the Post-Encounter process, God will be able to see them as His people and He will bless them greatly.
