How should a church transition to the G12 Vision take place?
Each church has a different story. Some have established leadership, some have cell groups and others are simply churches with a specific membership that meets every Sunday. But regardless of this, every church and everyone who wants to implement the Vision G12 needs to have experienced a personal encounter with Jesus.
Being part of the G12 Vision does not require you to change the name or denomination of your church, but it does require you to maintain a constant relationship with the Holy Spirit. Because it is He who really brings effectiveness in the work of the Vision in your church.
Some people try to implement the Vision as if it were a simple method. They expect to see great results just by following a few steps. But they forget the most important thing:
That everything, including ministerial growth, begins with having an Encounter with Jesus.
All ministerial success depends on your relationship with Jesus.
As he neared Damascus on his journey, suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him. He fell to the ground and heard a voice say to him, “Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?” “Who are you, Lord?” Saul asked. “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting,” he replied.
(Acts 9:3-5)
