How to organize a Post-Encounter team?

The Roles associated with the post-Encounter are:

1. Encounter Coordinator: The leader in charge of all the spiritual and logistical preparation of the Post-Encounter, as well as the preparation of the ones who will give the teachings.

 

2. Teacher: The leader in charge of giving the respective teachings that allow people not to give up or weaken in their faith, but on the contrary, to affirm themselves even more in their walk with CHRIST.

 

3. Guide: The leader in charge of taking care of the people who attended the Encounter during the Post-Encounter sessions.
