Completing the Ladder of Success is a very enriching experience that constantly renews us. The results motivate us to continue working to raise up new generations of disciples for Jesus.
And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.
(2 Timothy 2:2)

One of the benefits of the G12 vision is being able to train generations of disciples in the same way that Paul formed Timothy. He entrusted him to form the next generation of leaders, whom he calls faithful men. His vision did not stop there, because he also speaks about the next generation that these men were going to win.
In this passage, Paul is the pastor of the ministry. Then Timothy follows who belongs to Paul's generation of 12. Then come the faithful men who would be Paul's generation of 144 and finally there are the "others", who would become the 1728.

When the team of 12 is formed in character and good principles, they form the basis of the first generation of leaders. This will be the model for the future generations.
By doing the Vision faithfully, over the years you will see how generations of leaders are formed, all with different gifts and abilities.
