What are the characteristics of a God given vision?
So that you may recognize when a vision has been inspired by God, I’d like to share with you some general guidelines:

Jesus' vision was humanity redemption from eternal condemnation. Jesus had a vision of the high cost our salvation would require from him: the shedding of his blood at the cross of the calvary. Apart from Jesus, there's no hope for mankind.
Our task then, is to take his vision and reproduce it in others, by sharing his message of salvation.
Rescue those being led away to death, hold back those staggering toward slaughter.
(Proverbs 24:11) NIV
