What are the first steps in implementing the G12 Vision?
The Vision breaks the traditional framework of one-person-centered leadership, providing that opportunity for anyone who has undergone a process of restoration and training.
“And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses, entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.”
(2 Timothy 2:2)
The Lord Jesus gave us the best example of teamwork by forming a group of 12 men, whom He prepared by pouring out His character on them. They became His collaborators during His ministry on earth and after He left.

1. Teamwork: We emphasize the importance of working with a team in the same way Jesus did, applying the strategy of the model of the twelve for the development of the Vision.
“Calling the Twelve to him, he began to send them out two by two and gave them authority over impure spirits.”
(Mark 6:7)
2. Faithfulness: To implement the Vision it is essential to be clear about the principle of faithfulness, which consists of following the suggestions given in each step of the Vision, without adding or subtracting anything.
“Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.”
(John 15:4)
3. The value of each member of your church: Each person who comes to your church is very valuable. You should never look at the earth that covers them, because that is like being focused on their problems and conflicts. You should look at the great value of each person and in that way your disciples will flourish.
“Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls. When he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it.”
(Matthew 13:45-46)
4. Edify the Church: When we see each member of the church as a leader and we allow ourselves to be guided by the Holy Spirit, each person finds their place in the Vision and in that way it becomes very easy to implement it.
“Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven. And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades[b] will not overcome it.”
(Matthew 16:17-18)
