What is consolidation?

In John 17:12 Jesus gives his report to the Father of how he consolidated his team while he was with them “While I was with them, I protected them and kept them safe...”.

Consolidating is the process of care, attention and continuous contact with the new believer starting from their conversion until the moment they feel strong and cheerful about becoming a disciple of Jesus.
