The apostle Paul explains to the church in Ephesus the importance of preparing and training in the work of God. The basis of explanation is that God gave His church apostles, prophets, evangelists, and finally pastors and teachers. All of these ministries exist for specific purposes, which are the purposes of Destiny Training:

1. Perfect disciples to serve God. V.12 
Destiny Training aims to give correct foundations to the disciples who have completed the process of the University of Life. We cannot leave new converts adrift, but we must teach the foundations of the Christian faith so that they can be affirmed in the ways of God.

2. Build the church. V.12 
The whole church benefits when newly converted find correct foundations. Destiny Training brings solidity to the disciples prepared there. A solid church is formed by disciples solid in their faith and convictions.

3. Establishing Foundations of faith. V.13. 
There are some basic doctrines that every disciple must know and believe so that his/her Christian life can develop naturally. Destiny Training is not a deep biblical institute, but it is a course that covers the doctrines that every Christian needs to continue building his/her life in the correct way.

4. Know Jesus better. V.13. 
Jesus is the basis of our faith and one of the emphasis of Destiny Training is to affirm and strengthen the communion of each disciple with Jesus through a solid and permanent devotional life.

5. Bring maturity to each disciple. V.14.
Many people think that by having a church of multitudes they will not have mature disciples. But Destiny Training achieves that a ministry can have these two characteristics: a multitude of disciples with spiritual maturity and also with the desire to serve God.

6. Transmit the correct doctrine V14.
Destiny Training becomes the perfect moment to transmit the principles of the vision, such as: teaching new converted to win souls, how to make a cell, how to preach simple messages, the importance of the Holy Spirit in personal and ministerial life. Aspects that they could not learn elsewhere.

7. Have solid growth. V.15. 
Destiny Training provides solidity to the disciples because it allows them to put into practice all the teachings that they receive there. Not only knowledge is transmitted, but each teaching is given and put into practice the following week.

8. May each person find their place in the body of christ. V.15. 
One of the benefits of Destiny Training is that it gives each disciple the opportunity to locate himself within the church in the different areas of service. This allows each person to discover his/her purpose within the work of God.
