How can I organize the consolidation team in my church?
1. Make sure each member of the team has preferably the calling of a pastor because they will share that same spirit of care and protection to all the leadership.
2. Assign a general coordinator to the consolidation area with the main goal of being responsible for all the planning and scheduled in this area
3. Assign a coordinator for each team of your 12, together with the general coordinator they will plan the life class registrations with the goal of people participating and attending to all the process of pre encounter, encounter, post encounter and baptism.

4. These coordinators will also make sure the leadership is ministering to the people in the cell groups and is encouraging the disciples and new believers to go deep into the flow of the life class, which will allow them to walk firmly with Christ.
