Within the Vision, we have established four steps that allow us to develop effective ministerial work:

We call these steps “The Ladder of Success”. The basis of the ladder is Win, because if we don't win, we can't consolidate, disciple, or send.
As you go through each of these steps, your ministry will reach a new level.
In order to affirm a person in their walk with Christ, we must first win them. If we win them, we can consolidate them and if we have consolidated them, we are able to disciple them. In that way we will have someone to send.
The Ladder of Success allows churches to lead new believers through a process that helps them to become genuine disciples of Jesus.
